HATHA YOGA FLOW
Hatha Yoga Flow is a fun and inclusive class for people of all ages and abilities. These classes will cover all the key poses of yoga, put together into free flowing sequences, designed to help you build strength and increase flexibility, as well as increase focus and promote relaxation. Students can work at their own pace and level, and beginners as well as those with some experience are welcome.
Kate is an experienced yoga practitioner, who has been bending and stretching herself into unusual shapes for over 20 years. She spent time developing her practice in India, before going on to train as a teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga. She now delivers regular classes around Calderdale.
Classes are £7 drop-in or £6 if you block book for 6 or more classes.
